Policies

Suggested Attire

Pottery-making is naturally a messy activity.  While clay and glazes typically wash out of clothing without staining, we still suggest that you wear attire you do not mind getting dirty.  Please be aware that long nails will make it difficult to work with clay.  If you have long nails, we recommend trimming them before attending your class.

Makeups and Re-schedules

You may reschedule up to one class during your five week session, with advance notice of at least 6 hours.  Classes can be made up on the designated make-up day for your course. Any class not made up will be forfeited.  No changes to or cancellation of course registrations after the course start date.

Pick-up

Work will typically be ready for pick-up within two weeks from the end of your class.  Our schedule varies based on class times and market events, so it's always best to check our website for current hours before coming in to pick up work.  Items must be picked up within 30 days after notification.  After 60 days, unclaimed work may be discarded.
