Private Class Cancellations and Deposits
When registering for a private class, a $35 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This deposit may be paid online or over the phone. The remaining balance is payable when you come in for your class. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. You can make changes to your booking up to 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Private Class Length
The standard length for our private group classes is two hours. Private group classes which run in excess of two hours will be charged a fee of $20 per additional half hour. Please arrive to your appointment ten minutes in advance. Classes will not be extended in the case of late arrivals.
Work will typically be ready for pick up within two weeks from the end of your class. We will notify you via email, text message, or phone call when your work is ready to be picked up. Items must be picked up within 30 days after notification. After 60 days, uncollected items will be disposed of.
